We are a French-style bar in Shinsaibashi, Osaka, featuring wines from around the world, especially from France. We also serve cocktails, whisky, brandy, coffee, and tea. Our casual French dishes pair perfectly with your drinks.

大阪・心斎橋にあるフレンチスタイルのバーです。世界各国、特にフランスのワインを中心に、カクテルやウイスキー、ブランデー、コーヒーや紅茶などもご用意。カジュアルなフランス料理は軽いおつまみからメインまで取り揃えています。どうぞシャノワールをお楽しみください。

岡城武士。1979年生まれ。16歳から飲食業に従事し、19歳に東心斎橋にてバーテンダー修行を開始。23歳でワインとサービスの勉強で2年間渡仏。29歳時にJSAシニアソムリエ資格、CCAシガーマネージャー資格取得。45歳イギリスのワイン資格WSETのLevel 4 Diploma 資格を取得。現在は自身が営むフレンチバーシャノワールのカウンターに立ちながら、心地よいお店づくりをモットーに日々研鑽を重ねる。

Takeshi Okajo. Born in 1979. Began working in the food and beverage industry at 16 and started training as a bartender at 19 in Higashi-Shinsaibashi. Moved to France at 23 to study wine and hospitality for two years. At 29, obtained the JSA Senior Sommelier certification and CCA Cigar Manager certification. At 45, earned the WSET Level 4 Diploma, a prestigious wine qualification from the UK. Currently, while managing the French bar Chat Noir, continues to dedicate himself to creating a welcoming atmosphere and perfecting his craft daily.
